Anyone know why the MLB logo on the back neck of jerseys are sometimes gray and some red and blue? I've seen these this way on both road and home jerseys.

This changenover occurred after the 2009 season going into the 2010 season

Hi Tony,

Each team has their color scheme for the logo and then there is the standard red white and blue that sometime overrides the team color scheme such as All Star Game logo is red white and blue.

Thanks for taking time to help. I just bought an Arod jersey from MLB.COM and the MLB logo is gray. When I looked at other Yankee jerseys, home and away, some were red/blue and some were gray.
