Mickey Mantle 1961

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone would know a value on a 1961 Mickey Mantle Sports ILLustrated. Here's a scan of the cover. The whole magazine looks good for being a 1961. Any info would be great.

Isn't your magazine from 1969? End of an era in 1961? There were no Mantle covers in 61 in the guide I'm looking at.

Please check the date on the S.I. as Mickey Mantle never appeared on a cover from 1961. I am guessing this is from 1965 off the top of my head. He was on a 1967 cover with Ken Berry as well. With no label, the issue is worth more than a mailed copy to a collector. I would say you would have no problem selling it for around $60.00. Hope this helps.

It's from June 1965. One with a mailing label sold on ebay for $29 recently.

Your copy looks in about EX condition which puts it in the $25 range.

I would sell it for $45 or B.O. shipped.
