Question For Football Helmet Collectors

Absent team or player provenance, if you wanted to authenticate a game used football helmet, what entity or individual would you feel most comfortable using?

Curtis with Helmet Hut is very knowledgeable and helped me on two older lids...one a suspension helmet from the 70's and one from the mid to late 80's. Robert - aka "aeneas01" was already mentioned and incredible with his photo matching and knowledge.
