Can't post this in "Announcements", so I'm posting it here.

My clearance to post apparently does not extend to the "Announcements" thread, so I will post here.

My wife, Shirley, had foot surgery today (bunion removal). She's home and doing well, but, given the nature of her surgery, she's largely chair and/or bed bound. As a result, I get to be her caretaker for roughly the next 4 weeks.

If I take a few days to answer your email, I'm not avoiding you...just honoring family priorities.

    Thanks,
    Dave Miedema

          Dave,

          All the best to Shirley.

Does this mean we'll be getting more or less of those wacky emails?

My wife had bunion surgery last year. Painful, but necessary. I hope Shirley has a speedy recovery.

            Godspeed!
