NBA Authen/MeiGray Cert Correction

Has anyone ever sent back a letter to NBA & MeiGray Group Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program for a correction? A jersey I obtained from a fellow member here has the wrong jersey number listed on the letter (player wears #2 jersey, letter states #22).

Also the search results come up empty when I enter the number in the data base. Any suggestions?

I sent Meigray a COA error last year and they quickly corrected it, no problem.
