I believe this is one of the old Scoreboard jerseys that come up on Ebay every so often. They are often misrepresented as game used as a lot of us know. This is what I would call a pro cut. It's virtually identical to the issued jersey but this one was intended to be sold not issued to Jose or the Oakland Athletics.
It's in gently used condition. It has never been worn but it has been stored for many years so it's not 100% perfect. I didn't really see any obvious flaws though. It in really nice shape for it's age and to my eyes it hasn't faded or anything like that.
