How do you Date 2013 Mizuno bats?

I just purchased a Vmart bat from the Detroit Tigers, non mlb authentic, and was looking to begin possibly matching it. it has 271 on the knob below is V M. under that is B over AA16. Any ideas?

I'm not 100% certain but I thought that code reads 11/16 for the year 2011 and the 16th bat made.

Hopefuly someone else can add some validity or clarity...
