I know this is not really game used buy has anyone ever seen one of these before? It came out of the old Chicago Bulls stadium...any help would be appreciated! The piece weighs about 25 pounds and is about 2 1/5 feet across.....

Not sure if it is steel...bronze...copper...its a very heavy piece....the woman I got it from said her husband got it after the old Bulls stadium was demolished...
