WANTED: Red Sox game used item for charity auction

I run a local rec baseball/softball program and will be holding a silent auction on December 14. One of my coaches is a die-hard red Sox fan, and I would like to have one item that he just won't be able to avoid bidding on. Anyone have a low-cost game-used ball (authenticated) or bat? Something simple that I will be buying with my own funds.
