how can you tell if this jersey is the real deal? any advice or responses are greatly appreciated!

The jersey looks perfect to me and is underpriced. I don't expect it to remain on ebay for long.

Eusebio wasn't on the 1992 Astros roster, thus this jersey is "issued".

Thanks for the clarification -- it is still a bargain, as it's an accurately team tagged, sought-after style jersey for under $100.
