Cubs game used jersey question

Hi I was just wondering if It would be safe to assume that this is an authentic game used cubs jersey

I'm just Leary of things that don't have a COA and I'm not too sure as to what to look for to guarantee that its game used and not game issued or anything like that. Any help would be appreciated

Marlon only played in 13 games for the Cubs in 2012 which is the year this jersey was issued. Without a photo match, heavy wear/wash marks or MLB hologram stating it was game used it is impossible to say for sure whether it is issued or used. Keep in mind Marlon was traded to the Red Sox on April 21st and had only played in 6 road games before that date. So this jersey would have only been used in 6 games. Either way at the asking price it's a nice jersey which could very well be game used.
