Celeb Direct has a Sam McDowell uniform on eBay that is supposedly being sold as game used, but it doesn't make much sense.
As best I can tell, the logos used on the uniform would date this to not earlier than 1973:
This isn't based upon the tagging (as I know absolutely nothing about that), but rather on information about the logo history for the Indians. The font and Chief Wahoo logo used on the jersey place it during the 1973-1979 period.
Given that McDowell didn't was already with the Giants in 1972, how would this jersey have been game worn by McDowell?
