Help With Larkin Bat

I recently purchased this Larkin bat at a flea market. I am unsure if the bat can be attributed to Barry Larkin or to another player with the last name Larkin. The only information I know is what is seen on the bat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I had never heard of Gene Larkin. Baseball Reference says he wore #9, so it makes sense. Thanks again.
