Hi: would appreciate some help.
Regarding donut ring impressions, how far up the barrel can they be, and is there a "typical" appearance.
Strange question, but I have a Carolina Clubs bat that has what appears to be a donut impression 2 inches below the end of the Carolina label. Runs around the barrel. Looks like the marks from a donut, with the only other explanation being that the bat is corked!
