Drew Brees Game Worn Items From the Saints 2009 Super Bowl Season

Hey guys,

I recently bought a Drew Brees game worn, autographed hat from the October 4th, 2009 game vs. the New York Jets.

The NFL wore pink in honor of BCA month during the weeks of October 4th and October 11th that season, but since the Saints had their bye week on October 11th, that means that Brees wore this hat on the October 4th game vs. the Jets.

It got me wondering, how many Drew Brees game worn items from his 2009 Super Bowl season have been made available for public sale or auction? I don't remember seeing any of his game worn jerseys from that season, but they could certainly be out there. Does anyone know of any other 2009 Brees game worn items besides the hat I purchased?

His jersey from that same Jets game was auctioned that year too, it went for $5,030. I used to keep track of the prices of some Saints auctions.

I did some research and if I'm correct, that jersey sold before the season ended with the Saints winning the Super Bowl.

I wish you could get a Brees gamer for that price these days.
