Detroit Red Wings - Nicklas Lidstrom Game Used Stick

Just finding out more and more about this great website and forum as I've been an active game used memorabilia buyer/seller for a while now as the autograph world got bored. I'm hoping a few of you could help me out here. I bought a bunch of 1990s game used Detroit Red Wings sticks off a seller and I don't think he understood what he had. While I'll enjoy the Chiasson, Garpenlov, Hanlon, Gallant, signed Primeau, Dale Krentz, Fedyk and other sticks, I somehow found a Nicklas Lidstrom in the bunch.

I believe it is a rookie year game used stick, but wouldn't mind some feedback from you Detroit Red Wings or hockey stick collectors in the group. I photo matched the same stick on Getty in a few pictures from Nick's rookie season. Any feedback would be appreciated. Only worries I have - there's no #5 on the taping where usually those numbers are there or somewhere on stick and no tape on the stick blade. Does show wear on the stick handle too.
