HELP, could this be a game used jersey?

not too familiar with jerseys from this era, this jerseys dates back to june 1991 but not so sure that it could be game used it is a roger craig los angeles raiders game used jersey, it did not come with a COA, I've managed to find some pictures on getty and the style and font matches the sleeves are also the same and has some decent wear that you would expect to see from a runningback..

I would lean towards no. In the pic of the jersey, the NFL Shield looks crooked, in the pic of Craig it looks straight

haha that is because of the way i had the jersey positioned, here is a better pic where i have the jersey positioned straight also a look at the tag
