Does anyone know antique-auctions10 on ebay? I am buying a game used Graig Nettles jersey but wanted to get any info on the seller first.
Thanks!

here is the link for others to check out http://www.ebay.com/itm/Graig-Nettles-1974-set-1-New-York-Yankees-Game-Used-Jersey-Stitched-Authentic-/221474019743?pt=US_Baseball_Fan_Shop&hash=item3390e1599f
Have you asked the seller if the jersey is original or if the NY on the front or back number has been restored ?
Also to add I have never dealt with that seller.
I have only seen one other Nettles come up recently and that sold in 2012 for 666.00 it was a 1975 home set 1.

Thanks for the info. He did say it is all original. The 1975 for $666 had a good deal of restoration on it.

NY was restored and it had a missing button if I recall from the paragon auction.

I looked at his feedback and he has only been selling since april of this year and already has 2 negatives and a neutral. I personally would not feel comfortable spending that much although you are covered under ebays seller protction.

Yeah, saw the negatives and I share your concern. Being covered by paypal though, I think it could be worth the risk. Using credit card too, which should help protect me a bit as well. One negative he had was for late shipping.

Well, the guy just reneged on our deal, after he said he would ship tomorrow in an email. I had sent him the money, and he said he sold it for the full amount he wanted. Now to hope he didn't screw me. I am sure no one from GUU snaked it from me...right? :)

After you paid he reneged Did you get your money back?
Personally I do not collect Yankees as I am a Mariners and Red Sox fan.

That's a shame you got screwed over. It looks like a really nice mid-70s Yankees home to me.

Thanks, Dave. It did look pretty nice. I had paid and then he said "Oh, I didn't see it, and someone offered me my full price!" after I already had an email from him saying "I'll ship tomorrow!" Oh well. If that's the worst disappointment that happens to me this week, that is fine with me!
