Bat Wrap Mending Suggestions?

Hey guys. Anyone have any suggestions on how to repair/re-stick loose tape? Super glue soaks through, so I was considering that 3M adhesive spray. Unless anyone has anything better for ideas. Thanks for any help.

Maybe a small, carefully applied dab of super glue gel.

Elmer's clear archival glue. A really small amount will soak in and hold it...
