All they are doing with the Work Out / HRD caps is making them like it used to be. Team hats with ASG patch on the side.
The article makes it sound like this is some major new idea.

From what I gather it is somewhat new.
For HRD AL teams will red hats and NL team will wear navy hats, both will have the ASG logo on the side, but will also have the team logo in white.
The ASG hats will all have the white panel on the front. HAt in the red and navy colors, white angeled front panel and then the representing team logo in the middle of the white.
AL and NL will flip the reds and navys for that style.Comment
