Cubs Authentics

Has anyone had any luck getting in touch with Cubs Authentics lately?

I've tried calling and emailing but haven't gotten any response.

I emailed them last weekend (7/4 and got a response last Tuesday (7/8). I emailed them again this Friday (7/11) and am still waiting to hear back as well.

Actually right after I posted this I tried calling again and someone picked up. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for though. :(

They emailed me back fairly quickly from what I recall. Within the past week or so, I got a response within a day or so.
