Need the help of the community tracking down an old friend

Has anyone dealt with a guy Jason Jones? He was/is a marketing rep for several athletes and did a lot of work with Johan Santana and Francisco liriano back in 2006 but worked with several others on the Red Sox, mariners and rangers. I haven't spoken with him in years and was wondering if anyone might have have his contact information?
