Has anybody delt with forum member Justin Pidruzny? I purchased an item 17 days ago and have yet to receive the item or tracking. I've communicated with him and it's gotten me nowhere. Anybody?

Yeah open a case right away, that will at least lock the money up while the dispute runs its course.

I paid via gift payment - I'm regretting this now. I have his phone number and even talked to him this past Friday - but he keeps saying one thing and doing another.

UPDATE: Justin called me just now after I sent a few texts and was apologetic. I asked for a refund instead of the item and he said I'll have it by tomorrow 9/25.

Well, hopefully he follows through. Given how all of this has progressed, however, I see no reason to expect him to.
