    Most Difficult Item To Get?

I'm just curious what you guys feel are the most difficult items to get the GU category?

I collect baseball and some football, and for me, I would think a baseball glove is the most difficult in baseball....

    What are your thoughts?

your hunch is right. easily fielding glove. some players even use the same fielding glove for multiple years. batting helmets would be the next more difficult to acquire.

I just picked up a bunch of game used from Oscar Taveras' debut game on 5-31-14 including the ball he hit in his second AB for his first hit which was also a HR. MLB auth.

Teddy your correct. The cup is easily the hardest to obtain if one collected them. It also depends how technical you wanna get. You see your share of gloves, even jock straps but no cups. I think the only cup I have seen offered for sale was a Darren Daulton signed and inscribed.

Are these questions posed to lure collectors in
              or send the "veterans" packing?....

I'm still looking for Aubrey Huff's game worn rally thong from 2010. That's the hardest to find.

                    Hah!

Will PSA/DNA grade a cup? I'm looking for a Ken Griffey Jr cup, but only grade of 8 or above.

As a Brunell collector, I hate to think what I would pay for a photo-matched helmet.

I would have to say above a baseball glove would be an NFL players shoulder pads!!! I once had HOF Minnesota Viking John Randles shoulder pads, but I acquired them directly from a Vikings player... I recently gave them back to Randle to replace the ones he gave to the HOF... The shoulder pads are rare in my opinion....

Well... I'm glad some people took my question seriously. To those that didn't... Oh well.

Shoulder pads is definitely one that I can imagine being tough. That's an interesting one... And one I would never think of even trying trying to get. Thanks for opening my eyes.

Gloves obviously first come to mind but i also say homerun bats , actual HR balls from some guys are pretty much non existent.

I would agree that HR baseballs authenticated by MLB are pretty rare overall.
