There's 0 percent chance this hat was from a 1970s Old-Timers/TBTC game. Yes, the seller has been informed. No, he hasn't responded. This isn't a question of authenticity, but rather one of attribution.

To clarify, it's possible this is a 1980s Old Timer game hat, but it's definitely from 1985-1987.
