Thoughts on this item, It doesn't look quite right to me:

I'd have to have it in hand to research it, but Castiglione did ear #16 for the Bucs from 1949-53, all of which were years the Pirates wore sleeved jerseys with black and gold print (as opposed to blue and red print or vests). That, alone doesn't guarantee it, however.
