I have a game used lineup card used by tony larussa during a cardinals Astros game in 2007. It's signed by many cardinals that played in the game:

Pujols, edmonds, taguchi (w/ kanji), eckstein, izzy, Gary Bennett, randy Flores, larussa, Franklin. The signatures are backed by larussas Arf foundation and the card has the mlb holo. I had this professionally framed with uv protected glass, double matted on acid free.
