Is there a single place that anyone knows about - either here or elsewhere - that gives some guidance as to how to read the manufacture date on the various bat brands? Just looking over some '15 ST bats, it seems that more companies are making it easy to decipher; Phoenix, Zinger, Marucci, Victus are a piece of cake, Old Hickorys are not a challenge, but others can be.
For instance, on Viper Bats, I'm guessing that "1070120814" means 12/8/14, with the "1070" part being some kind of order number...?
On a Max Bat, is the "14" in "ML14 1121" the year, and the other numbers a month and day? No, wait, here's one with "ML15 261". I'm confused.
And unless I'm going seriously blind, I'm not seeing any kind of dating on the new Diablo bats at all.
