Looking at this Orange jersey. Dilfer played in 05, anyway this could have sat around 3 years. Frost wore #8 in 2004, prior to that , #8 was worn by goebel in 1992.

I'm pretty confident the seller is Mark W. Check the collector to collector threads on him selling 2006 game used Cleveland Browns jerseys. Do your homework.

Also, it seems common for jerseys to have older year tags than the year the jersey was actually worn. I have a few players that all the worn jerseys of that player were from an older year and all the game issued only jerseys were of the same year, so for example, the actual worn jerseys from 2005 were all tagged 2004, but all the ones I have seen tagged 2005 were only game issued.

I wouldn't let the year tag deter but as mentioned with any jersey, do some homework. But many of my jerseys have older year tags than the year the jersey was worn, I have found that pretty common from jerseys from that era.
