Here is a new thread devoted to members of the 1984 or 1968 Detroit Tiger teams. As much as I enjoy seeing all Tiger GU items, my passion is mostly for the members of these two championship teams so I thought I'd start this thread to focus only on GU items from those teams. So I'll start it off with my '84 items. photos are: '84 bats, Tram only bats, Parrish, Trammell, Whitaker, Gibson helmets, Tram early 80's BP jersey, Whitaker '91 jersey, Sparky late 80's hat

A downer bit of news regaring 1968 Tigers jerseys: when with MEARS, I examined what was supposed to be a Tigers Jim Bunning road flannel from the Barry Halper Collection. The year tag was forged, the manufacturer was wrong, and in short, what it turned out to be was a badly doctored 1968 Tigers Dennis Ribant gamer, altered withough any thought or research to portray a Bunning jersey, and pawned off on Halper.
