Help identifying autograph from 1994 Fan Fest

I recently purchased a multi signed autograph sheet from the 1994 fan fest held in Pittsburgh. I recognize all the autographs except one. Hoping someone recognizes it in this forum. One picture shows the entire signed autograph sheet. The second picture is an up close one of the"mystery autograph". The autograph in question is under Tito Francona.
