Did Rawlings use the Velcro strip on the inside in between the second and third buttons?

Bob, I checked my bin and my 1987 road Rich Bordi Orioles jersey does not have any Velcro strip between the buttons.

I checked my home Cal Ripken Sr. & road Scott McGregor and both of those do not have velcro
