Any Cowboys or ealy 70s Durene experts?

I am interested in this jersey but not sure if it's an issued or possibly worn? Hard to tell from description as I would think they didn't "issue" jerseys like they do today

Years ago I collected some vintage Cowboy jerseys but the Southland tag was in the collar. However, the Southland tag is a good sign though.

I'd be very wary. The Southland tag is in the wrong place for that era (should be on the inside collar). If "game used," there should also be a Manders nameplate on the back, because all Dallas unis had them at that time. Buyer beware.
