    Advice on a missing COA/LOA

I recently won a Walter Payton Autographed helmet at an estate auction and I wanted to see if anyone has any advice on what to do about it missing a COA. The helmet has two holograms on the back but since it was numbered out of 600 was able to find other helmets from the same signing. One hologram is from Steiner and one is from the Walter Payton Foundation. However, the helmet was missing a paper COA from both companies. Does this change the value of the helmet if I was to resell it? Does anyone know if it is possible to get replacement COA's or do companies not do that? Does it matter that the papers are missing since it does have the holograms? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
