Is this team issue tag or retail for 2013 WBC jersey?

My game used 2013 WBC jersey has the same W780 code as yours with the number size. My retail jersey has WB78 with a letter size (ie. L).

Yeah I found this tag online of a retail one. So I'm pretty confident mine's team issue.
