Try contacting Onyx Authenticated for Sano game used items. I know they had a bat of his left a couple months ago and they may still have it. I've bought two Sano bats and a two pairs of his cleats from Onyx a few years back and I was very pleased with the items. I got a quick response to my DM when contacting them via Twitter. I believe they wanted $400 for the bat but could be wrong.

Just checked the email I received from Lance at Onyx and it was back in December when I contacted him. They had one bat and one batting glove (from the futures game).
