Last evening, the (Class A) Aberdeen Ironbirds wore Cal Ripken Jr. Commemorative 2131 Jerseys vs. Lowell to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Cal passing Lou Gehrig for the all-time Consecutive Game record (proceeds going to the local Boys & Girls Club).
The team held a silent auction during the game for the game worn tops & each jersey will be signed by Cal as well. I bid on a few and I know I won at least one (which should be confirmed in a day or so). I took pictures of a mannequin wearing a smaple jersey as well as a picture I took of the entire team wearing them during the Anthem:
