I'm not sure if the above link works, but this item has been discussed by myself, Bill Haelig and Howard Wolf. None of us can ever recall seeing a 1991 Orioles gamer with tagging like this jersey has. The strip tag, while done in an acceptable Rawlings font, is not the norm (a flag tag is), and the bigger red Rawlings label was not used in MLB until 1992 exxcept for 1990-91 TBTC styles (White Sox, Reds, Phillies, Giants). Can anyone show this type of tagging on an undisputed '91 Orioles gamer? SCP was contacted Thursday and has yet to reply.
