Lou Gehrig bat

There is a Lou Gehrig bat on ebay. The bat is 35 inches long and has Louisville Slugger and 40-LG in the circle on the brand and Powerized outside the circle. Would this be consistent with a Gehrig game model bat or a non game model sold to the public? Any help appreciated. Thanks
