help with photomatch

Hoping to photomatch a Soriano bat that was entered in mlb database on Aug 15th. I found this photo from Aug 13th. Looks like there could be some similar marks- opinions and help are welcome.

Looks like a match to me, especially with these markings:








There is also a little dark spot on the handle. Is this also on the bat that you have? (I circled it in red):

Here are pics of the handle- Like I said game photos are from the 13th and bat was entered in database 2 days later so its likely that there is more use shown on the bat now. Soriano hit his 38th HR on Aug 13th.

Heres a couple of good pics of Soriano hitting his 200th HR on 8-13-06. Hope this helps!
