2009 Team Issued NFL jersey help

Im looking into purchasing a "Team issued" NFL jersey from 2009. But from my research, most jerseys have this sort of patch on the neck (talking about the "10-48" year and size on this Tom Brady jersey, obviously this example shown is from 2010 and not 2009)

The jersey im looking at (Not Tom Brady) only has the "NFL EQUIPMENT" Tag (like the one below) but on the left side of it has a tag coming off with the jersey size on it, and another small tag on the bottom of the "NFL Equipment" tag, just below where it says reebok with the year "09"


Is this correct for a team issued jersey from 2009?

Thank for the follow up! I just found that out myself too, the small tags just threw me off after always seeing the ones such as the first picture you posted

I have several 09 pats jerseys purchased directly from team and the tagging you described is correct for 09 gamers
