I have a Mets Green St Patrick's Day Jersey that I thought was just a replica/authentic.... But I found this tag in the collar..... Any info would be of great use! I bought this with a couple of gamers and an issued jersey.It did come with real jerseys and this was basically a throw in.

That's the tagging in the collar of the jersey. There's no other tagging in the jersey.

There are plenty of retail styles that never made it onto the field. That is what I think you might have here.
