Dennis Martinez mystery

I bought a Dennis Martinez bat from the perfect game era and when it arrived I noticed it had a rubbed out inscription "to Ozzie, All my best, Dennis Martinez". Could this be Ozzie Guillen? Fellow Latino maybe? I'm thinking he kept the 1991-1993 era bat around and have it to Braves team mate Ozzie years later?

might be Ozzie Smith who sold a portion of his collection a few years ago
