Infinite auction house?

Is this house operating under a new name from a previous house? Thoughts on the value of the singletary gamer at auction? I believe it was owned by roger gibson at one point looks great with exceptional provenance and photo matches. Id love to own it but looks like it will be over 7k with next bid and 91' was a pro bowl year for the samuri but didnt dazzle with many stats at all. Nevertheless a jersey worn for an entire season belongs in a die hard bear fan collection!

I made an offer to the owner but he though it was not enough. Sadly it ended almost right where I made my offer...
