    Team issued bat question

    Hello ,
I see at times bats that have a model number on them plus the team name . They show all the other signs of a pro model bat ( powerized , 125 etc. ) I was wondering who used these bats ?

Can you be a little more vague? No images? No details?
    Thank you,
    David

Is this what you are referring to? If so, it would be really difficult to tell who used the bat. Unless you can pin point the year of the bat style/model or a uniform number written on the end. Like 1990 and 1998 were one year styles of Louisville Slugger. Even then it could be left over from one season and used the next. Or multiple players could have worn the same number over a couple years or the same year.

That is exactly the kind of bat I was talking about . Do you know what their purpose was ( team BP bat ? , pitchers bat ? ) Thank you for your reply .

          Those are both good possibilities.

What is the focus of your collection?
          Thank you,

Nowadays most pitchers will have their own bats with their name branded. Or they will another players bat.
            Thank you,
