FYI...

eBay item offered by ASI shows "10/30" date written on collar's "S" style tag of a 2005 jersey. Thie practice of annotating game date (Oct 30, 2005) is common on GU Lynch jerseys. Auction listing makes no note of date of use (see http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...3084&rd=1&rd=1).

Similar Lynch jersey currently in sale inventory (Item #1792) at Grey Flannel (http://www.greyflannel.com/main.php) purports to be "from the game played on October 30, 2005 where John had 2 tackles and 1 interception in Denver’s’ 49-21 rout over the eagles." Style tag is not visible in displayed photos nor is any mention made of how specific date of wear was ascertained.

based on the perfectly identical "10/30" notations on the tags of both jeresys, they seem to be the same jersey. am i the only one who thinks
the notations are identical in every respect? the tags themselves also appear identical in terms of specific placement and stitching.



the gfc lynch shows a considerable grass stain on the "4" in one photo. perhaps it's the lighting or camera angle but that stain doesn't seem to appear on gfc's other photos of the lynch jersey.
