Game Used question

There's a Packers jersey on eBay right now listed as "game used". The jersey is a throwback from 2010, a super bowl year, so I'm interested, but is it really "game used". The jerseys were only worn for one game, and the player was injured and was deactivated. He was listed as game time inactive - not just that he didn't play.

The jersey comes with a COA from the Packers listing it as game used.

In the game video he is shown on the sidelines in street clothes and a Packers jacket.

So is it game used, issued, or what? Thanks in advance!

Obviously the stats don't lie he did not play in the game. Another case of believing a piece of paper and not facts. I would message the seller and at least let him know.

I would think it was game issued.

The jersey is on ebay; I wish there was a way to keep somebody from being scammed. I did tell the seller and he was rude and more or less told me the Packers COA was right and I was wrong.
