Dave mediema was posting about his signed Henry rodriguez bat and it made me think about my 1997 Montreal Expos Henry bat. What makes it kind of neat is it is Inscribed to Dodgers Mom, I was going to remove it but after some digging realized dodgers mom was a fixture in LA and had passed away so I guess her bats went on the market. Question is, this bat has a shiny sheen on it, is it a non used bat that the lady coated to protect the signature or is it game used but has that special stuff Boggs used on some bats and it prevents marks from showing?
