I answered a question about this and thought it deserved its own thread. This is how you can determine every pitch's MPH without reviewing the game's video.
(1) Go to MLB.com
(2) Click "SCORES" on the upper left banner.
(3) Pick a game and click "GAMEDAY"
(4) On your game click "PLAY-BY-PLAY"
(5) On the at bat you're interested in (and here's the trick) DOUBLE CLICK.
(6) A box will drop down showing what every pitch is, and the MPH.
You don't have to go to MLB-TV unless you want to see that at bat.
