Im looking at this basketball jersey on ebay I really like. It's listed as game used, but without a coa I dont buy anything as game used, only game issued to me. Regardless this player as far as I know has always only worn a 52 + 4, and this listing is for a 50 +3. The pics of the jersey look perfect. So Im wondering what do you chalk this up to? Thats 2 inches tighter and 1 inch shorter than what the player wouldve worn normally. Ive seen his 1993 jersey in the 52, and the 97 is a 50. Usually the sizes only get bigger as they get older.
Thoughts?

I'd have to know the player, manufacturer and year before I would comment.

this is a 96-97 and is a 52 + 4
Now the question is would his warm up jacket size be similar to his jersey size?. If that's the case then his jacket is 50 + 4 from 96-97

his 95-96 jacket is a 50 + 4 as well

So the big question is what do you guys make of a 50+3 jersey??
That Knicks jersey is a custom job. Used to own that exact jersey and returned it
